Session pricing and packages

30 minute sessions are great when you're starting your journey or when you just need to get the work done! Best suited to HIIT or bootcamp.
A single one-on-one 30 minute session is $50.
Discounts apply for multiple sessions.

Got some more time to spend in the gym? Why not sign up for a 45 minute session. You can do a quick session on the pads and finish off with a bootcamp to get that heart rate up!
A single one-on-one 45 minute session is $70.

A single one-on-one 60 minute session is $90.

Sign up for a tailored program. Programs include one-one-one PT sessions, accountability check ins, progress tracking, as well as home work out sessions planned for you. You set your goals and we will benchmark mark test along the way to help you stay on target!

You can choose to train with up to two friends to make your sessions more affordable.

These policies are in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to respect both the trainer’s time and other clients.
By booking a session, you agree to adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below.
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING /LATENESS
If a client fails to attend a session without 24 hours notice, they will be charged 100% of the session fee.
For a group PT session, prices will be adjusted accordingly if one or more clients cannot attend.
If you arrive late for your session, it will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client’s session. The full session fee applies.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact Shona as soon as possible. The cancellation fee may be waived at the trainer’s discretion. 😊
TRAINER CANCELLATIONS
In the event that Shona needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduled time that works for you.
If Shona cancels within 24 hours of your session and an alternative time cannot be agreed upon, you will be entitled to a complimentary make-up session.
Session structure
Muay Thai
Known as the art of eight limbs, a Muay Thai training session incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes, to develop full-body strength, agility, and endurance. This dynamic combat sport workout blends technical drills, pad work, and conditioning, making it an empowering way to improve fitness and self-defence skills.
Train for fitness or train to fight, it’s up to you!
Boxing
Boxing for fun or boxing for sport, the foundations of the session are the same. We’ll work on improving technique and power, footwork and conditioning through pad work, bag drills and some cardio exercises.
Bootcamp style
When you just need to get that workout done or want to see results quickly, my 20 minute bootcamp style workouts are my go to! You’ll complete a circuit of 4 or 5 strength training and bodyweight exercises (and the odd bit of cardio).
Yes, you’ll swear at me. Yes, that’s OK!
HIIT
Another great option for when you’re time poor, but this time we’ll add in some more cardio (not my favourite either)! Get ready for short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods.
Self defence
Everyone deserves to feel empowered to protect themselves. I’m passionate about helping others find the strength and resilience that self-defence training offers.
