Cancellation and rescheduling policy
These policies are in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to respect both the trainer’s time and other clients.
By booking a session, you agree to adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below.
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/LATENESS
If a client fails to attend a session without 24 hours notice, they will be charged 100% of the session fee.
For a group PT session, prices will be adjusted accordingly if one or more clients cannot attend.
If you arrive late for your session, it will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client’s session. The full session fee applies.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact Shona as soon as possible. The cancellation fee may be waived at the trainer’s discretion. 😊
TRAINER CANCELLATIONS
In the event that Shona needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduled time that works for you.
If Shona cancels within 24 hours of your session and an alternative time cannot be agreed upon, you will be entitled to a complimentary make-up session.
