Cancellation and rescheduling policy

These policies are in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to respect both the trainer’s time and other clients.

By booking a session, you agree to adhere to the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/LATENESS

  • If a client fails to attend a session without 24 hours notice, they will be charged 100% of the session fee.

  • For a group PT session, prices will be adjusted accordingly if one or more clients cannot attend.

  • If you arrive late for your session, it will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client’s session. The full session fee applies.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact Shona as soon as possible. The cancellation fee may be waived at the trainer’s discretion. 😊

TRAINER CANCELLATIONS

  • In the event that Shona needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduled time that works for you.

  • If Shona cancels within 24 hours of your session and an alternative time cannot be agreed upon, you will be entitled to a complimentary make-up session.
